Creating a new auction posting is the first and one of the most important tasks that can be
accomplished using the administration center. In order to create a new auction posting, certain information regarding the auction must be specified. For example, each auction can have a different title, location, and date to be held. The simple form seen to the left captures such information, and upon submission, enters the data into our database. Of course all fields must be validated before they can enter the database. Once basic auction information is entered, the next step is to add auction items and classify them into categories.
